Tughlakabad Drain is a large drain flowing in South Delhi, eventually discharging into the Yamuna River. Denselhy populated on both banks, and with waste being discharged into it from a plethora of industries - Tughlakabad Drain was essentially filled with dead water. No perceivable aquatic life and a lack of dissolved oxygen.
